  I have a concern on the time frame the system is taking long to credit funds into my account.Due to the delay to credit the funds in my account.My account is now showing late repayment and my timely repayment bonus has been removed why.

    Ng'andu, you received the loan, according to you on 27 October and you have not repaid any of the instalment amount, you're in default, that's why you on-time repayment bonus has been suspended, clear your debt ASAP.
