  please i need to change some of my références but i can not find the support ticket option in the help page

    Shehu when you log into your, you will see three lines at the far top right of your page. Click on those three lines and a page will appear. Scroll down and click on help. A new page will appear and you will see your volunteer mentor name and number. Just below that is a column for you to click on and choose the help that you want and write whatever you want to. You can as well contact your mentor for assistance.

    Ukashat, after you've fully repaid this loan, raise a private ticket under'report a technical error' and express your wish to alter your references.

  Whenever i try to report a technical error, it keeps saying i should post my enquiries in the forum. maybe i should try with a computer system

  I can confirm that I just received my loan disbursement in the amount of NGN11,5810 after deductions. The money has already been added to my mobile money portfolio. Effort will be made to repay as and when due. Thank you all for the directions
