    Hello Aaron,mayb guarantee has been using the weak network browser.I recommend chrome as a strongest to be used or he/she close the page and open again if it persist contact the staff under technical error article in help page.

    Hi, Aaron I feel the guarantor was invalid at the time, its to cancel and guarantee again because when you guarantee some one automatically the guarantee membership on the dashboard disappears. Cancel and try again

    hello Collins,you can guarantee both new and existing members as far as they have never been guaranteed again and do not have any outstanding loan
