        Frederick, you need to give us the reason why you want to withdraw your membership fee.And also bear it in mind that if you have received a facility from zidisha before your membership fee is nonrefundable.

            Hi Frederick, when did you apply for the loan? And were you able to submit all that was requested of you to submit? Did you recieved a call from the mentors? If yes ,I think what you need to do is to send a message through the help massage page for the issue to be resolve.
            After that if still your issue remains, don't hesitate to contact me .

  please your membership fee can not be refunded if only you have already received several times the value of the fee in loans,but if you are new and you have not receive any loans or funds,then you can go to the help button,and request your funds there, it will be refund to you, thank you.

  But I wanted to request for another loan but it say I should pay another premium membership.bcoz I paid already unless they say whenever i want to request for a loan after I repaid I should always pay a premium membership fee.
