    It's not that you have paid but you get risk. Credit risk is not that refunded okay.

  Dear Kwadwo, except for loans taken and repaid before, credit risk fee of subsequent loans are used to offset default loans to lenders. Some borrowers may meet with misfortune or outright death, for such loans, members credit fees are you to compensate the lenders.
  If you're eligible and access credit risk fees, your credit limit will decrease and your risk fees for subsequent loans you may which to take will increase.
