I made full payment of my outstanding loan today , a sum of Ghc 155.00.
After checking,my dashboard I still have an outstanding loan of ghc 282.00.
I tried using the help page but it redirected me to the forum.
My repayment rate is at 63%! I don't really get it.
Please kindly correct this error for me ,

Hi Juliet, it seems your account was one of those affected by a technical error that allowed new loans to be raised before old ones were repaid. I am seeing in our records a total of GHS 1698 worth of loans raised, and repayments received totaling GHS 912. That is why our system considers your loan not yet fully repaid.
If you made any payments which are not reflected in your Payment History page, can you send a message from the Help screen under Repayment Not Credited and include the payment details, so that we can locate it? Otherwise, it seems that amounts are still owed for previous loans.

Summing all my paystack receipts, my payment are as you indicated.
However it should be noted that after the disbursement of my loan of Ghc 424.00 on June 24 2021, I was making on time weekly repayments until July 5th 2021,when though I had an outstanding loan , I was permitted create a proposal to receive an additional Ghc 585.00.
On 6th July 2021, repayment of Ghc 28.00 was made against the former loan.
After this payment , payment button on my dashboard was not available and I reported on this forum under this thread[www.zidisha.org/forum-threa...].
It was during this same time that a lot of reports on various account came on this platform and as advice by one of the community moderators that we should exercise patience while the technical error is sorted, I obliged. All these while payment button was not showing on dashboard.
I logged in one faithful day and the payment button was now showing hence made a deposit of ghc 155.00 only to received a feedback that I have [as if deliberately] defaulted and previous repayments I made has come for me to pay again. I was surprised and started navigating through my menu and my onetime repayment is cut to whopping 23%.
The number of week scheduled to finish repayment of my loan during application has not yet elapsed and as a member who have previous record of 100%on time repayment, why should a technical error erase my good records since joining Zidisha?
Since it is evident this technical error caused all the problem not the borrower, a means for the borrower repaying his or her outstanding loan should be stipulated over a period of time for the borrower to settle the debt.
This should not in any way affect the borrower's on time repayment, credit limit and the ability of the borrower accessing other loans.
I believe you will give a thorough thought about this and help.

Hi Juliet, I apologize again for the technical error. The loans that were affected by the error that prevented timely repayment are no longer being counted in your on-time repayment rate (which is now back at 100%).

Thank you madam julia but please correct my repayment schedule to actually reflect my amount outstanding and datea to make repayment.
Currently my dashboard shows amounts that has already being settled.

I want to make payment today but when I adjust it don't reflect what should I do ?
Anytime I adjust to an amount the adjusted amount does not show to make payment. I want to adjust and clear my loan.

Please am having a technical errors I can't accept the loan been offer to me,anytime I click on the accept button it keeps telling technical errors, difficulty.

Hi Elvis, I see this is because you did not enter a bank account when applying for the loan. I'm afraid the only workaround is to cancel your loan application and reapply. We have added a check to ensure that the application will require a bank account to be entered to continue to the next step.
