    My question is, I have a business number and this is the the number I use in all my businesses, and i would like to use the same number on my zidisha account will it be possible my old number to be changed to the new number so that I can start my repayment with the new number? Be blessed

    Please make a support ticket. Login to your account - click your name - go to help page - there are ticket option there, choose technical - no. Write there that you want to change your number to xxxx and attach your ID photo for Verification.

    When I click help on my page it shows report technical error, is that what I should click? If yes where do I write change of number?

    Yes Angelina, choose technical error and choose "no" , there will comment box where you can ask zidisha to change the old number to the new one and please attach your ID photo for verification. I hope they will assist you soon.
