I have just paid my outstanding loan and would like to have my account deactivated since I don't want to obtain loans from the community anymore.

How do I go about it please.

  Hi Aisha, you can send our team a message from your account Help page and we can close your account for you and if you wish, make your loan profile page private. If you paid a membership fee, you can also receive a refund for it if you are not going to take out further loans.
