I am disturbed by the fact that i did make some payments since January but my history shows me that i never made any. I have been adjusting my payments and am confused non of them are reflecting. If there is a way you can help me, i will be greatly amazed. I have been having issues with my payment platform as well. Please am not defaulting at will its just that it is not easy to communicate back on time. Been not keeping payment history but will make an effort to go and get a statement.
Hi Alex, we recently announced that the payment method in Zambia has changed because the old method, via MTN, had become problematic. If you made payments via the old method and they are not listed in your Payment History page, then we did not receive them and we recommend that you ask MTN support to refund them to you.
Going forward, please make the payments via the new method that was announced (using the Pay buttons in your dashboard). Also, please note that when you do make payments you should receive an email or text message confirmation from us, and if you miss payments, our system will send notifications that scheduled payments were not received. You can also check your Payment History or Repayment Schedule screen at any time to see the payments that were credited to your account.
If you have any difficulty in securing refunds from MTN, or if you would like us to check the status of a specific payment, please send a message from your Help screen with the subject Repayment Not Credited and we will engage to ensure you are either credited or refunded for each payment you made.
