    I have sent support tickets twice (on January 7th & 19th) but there is no reply.

    This is my problem :

    I can't comment on other members discussion fields, WHY? So i can not to interact with other members. For comments in the forum there are no obstacles, I can interact.

    But for the discussion page someone can not. Because there is no selection button REPLY or WRITE.

    I want to interact with other members but there are constraints like that, then what should I do? I can reply to other member's comments only in my discussion field or in the forum.

    Why did the feature (reply or write in other member's comment field) disappear ?.
    Nor did I not have a Volunteer Mentor. Please help me solve this problem.

    Hello Mis.
    I heard back from them, but unfortunately they said it's intentional because apparently there was quite a problem with borrowers posting requests to fund their loan on other people's discussion tabs. Sorry about that.
