Hello zidisha team i wish use this opportunity to alert you that the technical error of declined loan has not resolve completely .Some of guinea borrowers whos loan on project funding have removed and asked to create another proposal when they try to create their proposals the system decline their loans.i hope the technical team should take critical look and resolve the problem for them.Thank you

Hello Essel, will you please ask them to make a support ticket about technical error so they can ask the zidisha staff and volunteer to review it. From Laurie information on the old Forum the technical team are The Director, Julia Kurnia It self and Mr Rodrigo Royes the CTO, and may be there are more now. It can be the system need more improvement to be better system and I hope you will help zidisha to ask everyone who thinks that their account are declined because of the technical error to make a support ticket and providing their ID picture so zidisha staff can review it. And please be patient, support ticket answered within 3-5 business day. This is effecting every borrower who get supported by Zidisha, and Indonesian having this problem too.
