Your repayment score of 59% is very low. The chance that a lender will choose your loan request instead of another loan request with a better score isn’t high.

Hello Joost, thanks alot for your untireringly responding to borrowers questions on time. You are truly a great global citizen. My loan remains about 7USD only to be completely funded. How I pray that God Almighty touches you and complete it so that it's disbursed to me, kindly.

There is something wrong with your loan request/profile.

If I select your name on the left your page can’t be found anymore and I get a “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” page.

Hi Joost, I think his loan status is expired
please add "-1" on the last of his URL and you can find his profile.
          so his correct URL is:

a little added, for now maybe you can focus to improve credit score first because many lenders make credit score as one of their main criteria in funding a loan.

you can start by applying for a smaller loan and complete your proposal data to make it more attractive to lenders.

Note: You can also ask for help from the zidisha team via the support ticket to improve your residence information as you write down the phone number on the city's residence column.

Did you see the announcement section of this forum? Julia posted two posts with all the info.

Your profile is a good one. Maybe you should try to ask a lower amount without the 200$ MLF payment. Your profile picture is a good one. But it lacks color. Maybe you should retake that photo with some green plants on the background (like your rabbit photo’s)

You ask 209$. You will receive about 90$ because of the costs and the MLF payment.

          “Cost of this loan
          Service Fee: 5% of $209.00 = $10.31

          Other Costs
Nyarko opted to pay $108.04 into the Zidisha Members Loan Fund in return for a higher starting credit limit.”

In your business proposal you tell us “ I intend to use approximately $79 of the disbursed amount to buy mobile credit transfer units and spend $11 of the disbursed amount to pay for internet data. I strongly expect my profit margin to increase by 150 percent”

My question as a lender is then. How are you able to repay those 209$ with the loan of 90$.

You should also post some photos in the comment section.

The resolution of your profile picture is very low. So it isn’t an attractive photo. I couldn’t tell it was a car wash till after I did read your story. In your comment section I see a lot of good quality photos.

Maybe you could post some extra comments and photo’s. These can be business updates, or general sharing of news and photos about life in your country, successes of your children, and any other thing that may be of interest to your lenders and supporters. The following page shows good examples: www.zidisha.org/project-upd...

I like Joost explanation. But fact remains that the automatic relending is not present for now until replenishment of the lenders accounts has been done Julia gave one month up to 8th of Feb I have a reason to be patient. There are even those with high scores that I have seen who are having difficulty getting funds just be patient Sir.

You could split your loan into two smaller loans. The chance that a smaller loan is funded is higher.

You could also improve your texts. It’s a very large block of text. You should divide it into paragraphs and create a list with the things you want to buy. Like:
      - 200x bowels $50
      - 150x mop $10
      - 100x plastic containers $50
      - 50x chairs $50

        Addai,
        here are couple more things that I notice, as a lender;
        - Your previous two loans have been about computer equipment. Here, in addition you are proposing to purchase plastic merchandise as well. Granted that you are in that business too. But presenting a loan idea for "computers and plastic bowels" sure sounds odd! Joost has suggested above to split loan into smaller amounts. I would suggest to also keep the two ideas separate and not just have two smaller loans, each with computers+plastic items.

        - THIS PART IS INCORRECT. IGNORE IT. LEAVING IT HERE JUST FOR REFERENCE - SEE FITRI'S COMMENT BELOW. I think you need to file a support ticket. I looked at all the payments and all are in time so dont know why your On Time Repayments score is 92%. (Joost - For the Sept 2017 loan for $759, there is a scheduled repayment of 0$ on Dec 6 2017, which of course did not need a payment. Is that somehow resulting in this apparent error?)

It's borrowers ability to adjust their installment. Usually when borrower late in payment they will adjust the installment to zero then adjust again to amount that affordable to them. That way the schedule will up to date. That's my opinion.
Usually they already to late to pay that they forget that they able to lower their installment so their on-time score will remain 90% or more.

it's true my loan repayment on-time is low, but I have been consistently updating on a few challenges I have encountered. when I applied for the third loan, its only 17 % funded. Is there any trick I can employ to ensure my funding happens on time. Just by looking at my third proposal and profile? Thanks
