Forum > Borrower Questions > Problem in credit limit.
Hello forum members, I was promised a loan limit increase if I paid my loan before 27th January. I cleared my loan on 26th January but my loan limit still remained the previous amount....can something be done to rectify it?
Your current on-time repayment rate is 70%. In order to qualify for an increase in maximum loan size, you must improve your on-time repayment rate by making future repayment installments on time. Once your on-time repayment rate reaches 90%, you will become eligible for a loan size increase.
The previous loan I just cleared, was at 65 percent but when I cleared the loan as advised, I was given a loan size increase.... Thought it still applies
This might have changed because of the high number of loan requests. You should check your credit limit page.
By Joost explanation and yours, I can conclude that you only got bonus for early repayment; your base credit limit still the same as before. Your base credit limit will increase 20% for the next loan when your on-time score at least 90% or more.

Yes Fitris, it was a bonus, has it been withdrawn?
Hello Raisa, I think that early repayment bonus still active. I'm sorry I don't know why it doesn't work with you. How about you make a support ticket and ask Zidisha about it. I hope they will assist you soon.
Isn’t this visible on a Borrowers “Your credit limit” page?
Yes Joost, it show on credit limit page. Here's I attach from other who share it's credit limit page.
