    Hello Kelvin,
I'm sorry I don't quite understand. Do you want to send message/ email to your invitee to remind them? You want zidisha send them email motivation/ encouragement for them to repay?

What I know zidisha has make email system to remind the borrower whose late.
As for the VM, we will get email message that our assigned member with name xxx are late in payment for xx days. Zidisha ask us to call their number and it's references once a month.
How about you help zidisha by sending them email, to encourage and motivate them to repay their loan. as the one who invite them, you have their email beside it's VM. You can also write on their discussion page about their progress, please write it in positif tune.

It is so worrying, those defaulters have punished so much by discouraging lenders who help us ,I have many mentees who failed to pay loans upon several appeals and advice to them.
Hence we are our own enemies, that's why many loans are expiring without funding.

In fact this is becoming a major problem among VM in Ghana. Its seems almost every VM in Ghana in one way or the other has complain about this. I've personally called some VM about this issue when I also had similar problem and its like they are also facing the same problem. But I have come a long way to understand that, its part of the business and therefore we only need to find a way to reconcile any misunderstanding. Our loan recovery approach is also a factor so we need to work on it even though others will intentionally made their mind not to pay their loan.

Kelvin I think Fitri Fauziyah Machmud has given you a perfect answer but just to add to what she said, please be very sure of the kind of people you invite. Make sure they are people of high integrity. Not anyone at all should you invite because, their repayment may have either a positive or negative effect on your credit limit and your ability to access another loan.

In addition, you can adopt a phone call or face to face approach of convincing them to repay their loan and it should be in a polite manner. You should even know them better than their various VM because you invited them.

All the best. I pray that you will do try this approach and hope the result will be positive.
