    Hello team
i don't understand why my credit limit has been reduced , yet my loan has moved from 92% to 93% on time payments,
As a result this has also affected my next credit limit from a total of 140, back 114,
kindly advice further am so worried about such issues it might affect my performance in this platform by demoralizing.

        hellos sir
thanks for your responses but there's something i don't understand from that link of Laurie,
        1- late payment hurts
        2. on time payment we gain increment.
        3. early payment nothing happened .
but my situation is abit different from this well i did early payment therefore i should not expect any limit increment / decrease from my end.

Based on that information my credit limit should have remain as is it of 140....????? inclusive of mentees and vm bonus before i made early payment!!!!!!!!, why has it moved to 114 inclusive of all the bonus

why is it my credit decreases for making early payment

You should check your “your credit limit” page. There you can find all the calculations. Maybe the bonus under point 3 changed because some of your assigned members are paying late.

all the bonus for vm and mentees are constant in my case its only my credit limit which has been affected from 123, to 98. as at now it has not been like this but this time round am just worried about the changes.

      hello mr gitonga
in my situation is abit unbelievable , where by my mentees bonus and vm bonus are just constant just the way it was before ,
but its only my credit limit has gone down , from kshs 123,000 at 92% to kshs 98,000 , at 93% how ???????,
i have been paying my loan on time and even early sometimes. so the issues of late payments should not come in.
i think there should be something wrong somewhere in my a count which am still pleading to the zidisha technical team to attend it with due respect

I don't know does this happen to you, I only notice this from my assigned member. Her maximum credit limit before was $1.037,70. Then she applied new loan on Desember or January. Her maximum credit limit still the same $1.037,70. Then her loan was expired. She reapply and her credit limit change to $1.530, this credit limit indicated that her base credit limit get raise 50% when at that time the base credit limit should have get raise 20%. Just recently her loan expired again and her credit limit change to $1.224. I can only guess that her credit limit is corrected and the correct one is her credit limit at the moment that her base credit limit only get raise 20%, not 50% . My base credit limit still the same since the raise is 20% not 50% anymore.
    Does your case different?

      Hello Fitri
I trust you are all right,

based on the matter above my case is bit different

1- i have not fully paid my loan but am almost,
2-I've been paying on time / early
3- I've been following up both my mentees and vm as well therefore my bonus was not affected by that time i realized the changes.

Now my main concern is that why has my credit limit has been reduced from kshs 123,000 at 92% back to kshs 98,000 at 93% even the percentages are not adding up?????
      - Bonus do fluctuates due to the performance of my mentees and vm I've no problem in that .
      - my current limit can only be affected when i don't pay on time but not early payment.

please kindly advice further where i don't understand in this platform concerning my case its really worrying me .
