Hello team, I really need your help. I have repain my loan on time and receiving notifications of payment received from Zidisha. Now the problem begun the first week of this year, I have been repain my loan but no notifications to confirm payment received from Zidisha, only notifications asking me to repain the past dues since January 2. I have now repaid more than $10.5 but nowhere to be traced yet I pay all my loans from the same number n by the same Paybill number. I have contacted Zidisha admn through my mentor but nothing is working well. Now my trustworthy due to payment on time which has been at 100% is reducing day by day. Now I have received notifications sitting for mediation from my community. What might be the problem ?? Am worried about my money

I checked your profile, it's look like your account got a bug. Just for information between October and september 2017 there were a bug that made many borrowers account written as fully repaid loan when the truth their loan wasn't fully repaid yet. I think your account get the bug too. I suggest you check all of your payment after Oct 26. If your fourth loan, $570.94 is fully repaid then your payment that credited to your fourth loan will be corrected then credited to your Fifth loan.
After you collected all your payment, please make a ticket go to help page
Choose uncredited payment and Report all your payment as the procedure on that page. Support ticket answered within 3-5 business day US Eastern time, so please be patient.
