    Hi, am patrick,my loan is fully funded,but havent see the acceptance button. What shall i do? Or i have to wait for an email? Let me know.

      Not email... Support Ticket (from the "Help" link on your Dashboard), unless you can't log into your Zidisha account; in which case, you could send an email to get help logging in.

      However, I now see that your loan status has changed from "100% Funded" to "Pending Disbursement". I'm very glad to see that you've been able to confirm acceptance of the terms of the loan. :)

      Hmm, I hadn't heard about that change. I always thought borrowers have *one week* to accept a loan before it would expire. Did Dave provide a link to the new information about that here in the Forum?

      That said, anytime there's a technical problem preventing accepting the terms of a loan (which changes the loan's status from "100% Funded" to "Pending Disbursement"), the borrower has to send in a Support Ticket, with a screenshot, which the teams answering Support Tickets would show to our Technical Team.

      I ask that because I read from Joost before that the time frame to accept the loan is few hours for Indonesian while I think many of us still know that it is a week like it used to before. Many Indonesian access zidisha from the app, so when their loan fully funded, sometimes they forget that the disbursment not only to BCA account nowadays, so when they ask to input their bank information, they forget to choose the bank for disbursment, only fill in the number of their account that lead to failed disburment. I find more then one Indonesian posted it in this forum, and one of their loan expired because of this. I usually access Zidisha from website so I will aware that we will ask to choose the bank and fill in the number of our account. On the app, the little rectangle beside the bank name quite little one. I have informed the team about it, hopefully there will be no more failed disburment, or if it does, we know that there is still time to rectify it.

        No, I didn’t say (or meant to say) that.

        l once explained that the pending disbursement phase after accepting the loan is very fast in Indonesia (a few hours). But in Africa it can take up to a week before the money is available on the bank account of the borrower.

        The time to accept a loan after being fully or (now also) partially funded is 3 days.

    Log in to yr zidisha account on their website then go to dashboard, you will get yr next step or accept loan at the end after some instructions

      Correct, Rosemary.

      However, some borrowers have been having a problem with the "Confirm" button not appearing, or not working, so they haven't been able to accept the terms, to have their loan status change from "100% Funded" to "Pending Disbursement".

      The Technical Team is aware, and the borrowers who have written in on a Support Ticket from within their account would receive a reply on their Support Ticket as soon as we've heard back from the Technical Team.

    Laurie, I've replied to you elsewhere, and yes, the info came from Julia.

    Patrick, sorry about the problem. I see from our Technical board that the "Confirm loan" button was reported as missing when using the app, and they've said this has now been fixed.
    If you're using the app and it's still the same, maybe try updating it.
