    I think one of the barriers or unfornate happenings that Zidisha is facing right now are technical errors. Eventhough my account has not been hit by it yet, and I pray it doesn’t catch up with me. I think it is dragging many borrowers down.
    Some defaulted loans are as a result of technical errors. Sometimes the errors perfectly turn your account upside down or jam everything and mostly affect borrowers in the wrong way.
    I pray the Zidisha Team get a lasting solution for this. I have had many mentees who complained many times about this but it seems the outcome was not satisfactory. The Zidisha Team are doing a good work and we thank you all for that. But i thought this is one area (technical errors) that should be given much attention.

    Yes the technical issue have hit zidisha repeatly for the past few months, but that because the result of improvement the technical team done for this platform to be better to serve Zidisha community. When the team launch partial funded loan, there is another technical issue about the full amount that borrower have to pay as they applied when the truth they choose to receive partial funded loan. When waitlist on the move, many send their frustation in the forum, then the waitlist was removed, all applications there, that reside in the waitlist before, hit by pending review. Then many more. I'm not programmer but I think their language quite same like Ms Excell. When my report looks like disaster sometimes I need more time to find the source of the chaos as one change effecting the other part. Zidisha technical team are Zidisha Director, Julia Kurnia it self and Mr Rodrigo Reyes. I have see many improvement they've done so far. If you think there are others aspect that they need to improve more, please inform them by your ticket about the need of the improvement and the benefit for our community.
    Will we able to say good bye to technical forever? I think the technical team have that hope as all of us. But, they are just human and system, this web made by human. Need to maintanance, check regularly. Sometimes it could be they miss some area. So if you find some technical issue that need their attention fast, please inform them.

    This technical quite give anyone frustation. Still, its about how we try to handle it, how we try to solve it. If we stop for a while and check every step we need to take to solve our problem as Zidisha instruction, our technical problem will fixed.
    The bug on Oktober hit many borrowers. Indonesia borrowers uncredited payment finally resolve around end of December or early/middle January. It takes time.
    So if you find anyone who got hit by technical, advise them how to solve it. The process to solve it takes time, patience is the key to solve it.

    Indeed the technical error needs to b completely stamp out. This horrors goes on everyday of our loans applications and is affecting borrowers.
    Zidisha should kindly buy time to deal with the situation entirely.
