    Can anyone explain how my transaction can show a negative balance sometimes? I obviously only lend when my dashboard shows I have funds, but then the next day I sometimes check my transaction history and it is in negative balance. At one point yesterday it showed I had lent over $20 more than I had in my funds!

      This is not the first time. My emails about it get the standard answer: "Please note that except for login problems, we are no longer providing support to borrowers via email. Instead, we now are providing assistance via Support Tickets." Today I decided to stop with Zidisha.

        Don't walk away please. Borrowers from poorer areas would love to get your help. I personally would love to get your help. Zidisha should actually solve their technical errors with the website ASAP. Anyways thanks again for your support and help with other projects.

    Wendy, I think this probably occurs if a borrower's repayment is reversed for any reason.
    The best way to find out more about that kind of thing is to write to [email protected]
    Only Julia and one or two others are authorised to reply to lender emails, so quite likely Julia herself will reply and be able to tell you more.

    Jan, sorry that sometimes your emails have been incorrectly sorted. Of course lenders shouldn't receive a reply about creating a support ticket because that option's only available for borrowers.
    I hope you consider continuing with Zidisha, and either way, as Fitri said, many thanks for funding the projects you have.

    Thank you for your comments. I said already: Zidisha will get my money. That is to say: I won't withdraw my repayments. Zidisha will will keep them in my account en relend them after a period of 60 days. It's up to you, borrowers, how much it is. This last four weeks I got 35 weekly repayments but missed 58.......
    I don't blame you for that. I know how difficult life is for many of you. Some indicate that on their account. That's why I also made less and less use of the possibility of advance repayment. And that's why I also want my repayments to continue to be yours.
