Can anyone explain how my transaction can show a negative balance sometimes? I obviously only lend when my dashboard shows I have funds, but then the next day I sometimes check my transaction history and it is in negative balance. At one point yesterday it showed I had lent over $20 more than I had in my funds!
This is not the first time. My emails about it get the standard answer: "Please note that except for login problems, we are no longer providing support to borrowers via email. Instead, we now are providing assistance via Support Tickets." Today I decided to stop with Zidisha.

Wendy, I think this probably occurs if a borrower's repayment is reversed for any reason.
The best way to find out more about that kind of thing is to write to [email protected]
Only Julia and one or two others are authorised to reply to lender emails, so quite likely Julia herself will reply and be able to tell you more.
Jan, sorry that sometimes your emails have been incorrectly sorted. Of course lenders shouldn't receive a reply about creating a support ticket because that option's only available for borrowers.
