I am being asked again and again to "please upload a clear, readable copy of your national identity card which matches the national ID number you originally registered with your Zidisha account".
I believe I have done that but the same request keeps coming. Can you please explain specifically where the problem is? I want to know whether it is an issue of ID mismatch or ID readability?

Did you able to upload the ID or unsuccesfully? If it successfully you will able to go the next step of loan application, if you unsuccesfully upload your ID, try to take the screenshot of your ID picture and upload the screenshot.
Or it could be your ID didn't match with your ID when you on registration stage. Try to ask your VM about your ID that you filled on the registration stage.
Or you can ask Zidisha staff help by make a technical ticket about your problem.
