I did as per the instruction says..to send back the money i received since yesterday i did so up to now,because i wanted to cancell my loan,i have not seen any update on my zidisha account the money i send back so that i can cancell the loan...what is going on?

Zidisha currently has a very small team of volunteers. This is a reason why payment crediting and other functions usually are not rapid. Please be advised that the normal amount of time for a payment to appear on a Zidisha borrower's account is up to three business days. (Zidisha's official business days are Monday through Friday, U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone.) The payment will be credited with the date that you paid through M-Pesa. After you see it credited to your account, then you would be able to click to cancel the obligation you made for the net disbursement and the fees. (If you experience any technical difficulties during the cancellation process, please send in a Support Ticket with screenshots which a Country Liaison would forward to our Technical Team for investigation.)
