Please I have submitted a support ticket exactly 8 days today, but as at now no one has attended to my plea.
I have had a problem with my Mobile Money pin of which I was asked to submit my ID and a new Mobile Money number that would help Zidisha team rectify my situation for me but today marks exactly 8 days and my problem has not been solved.
What saddens me was that I was supposed to make a repayment on the 22nd of this month but since I have not been sorted out I could not pay the money.
I learnt it may take up to 5 day for a support ticket to be attended to but mine has taken 8 days.
Please Zidisha Team help me out.

We apologize for the delay. This happened because we are currently short-staffed.
I know it's very frustrating to have to wait. Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
We are looking for a solution and you will receive a reply to your ticket just as soon as possible.

Thanks for your response Vitor. I really appreciate it. Please do well to attend to me. I was to make a repayment on the 22nd September, 2018 but due to that problem I wasn't able to.
Why don't zidisha employ more staffs. I am willing to help if only I can be added to help.
