    Our payment service provider in Indonesia, Xendit, has just informed us that BCA bank is no longer able to provide the virtual account service that members in Indonesia have been using to send repayments.

    We are working with Xendit to replace the old BCA virtual account numbers with new BNI bank virtual account numbers. We expect this to be complete within the next 24 hours. Once the process is complete, we will notify each member by email of the new BNI virtual account to use for repayments, and the new account number and repayment instructions will appear in each member's Zidisha dashboard.

    If you have a repayment that is currently due, please wait to transfer it until you have received your new BNI virtual account number. As long as the payment is received within ten days of the original due date, the delay will not affect your on-time repayment score.

    I'm so sorry for the trouble caused by this service disruption. We are working with Xendit to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    If I may suggest, the other bank account which is friendly with their costumer are bri or Mandiri.
    Bri bank are almost on every area in Indonesia, so it is more easier for them to access it. If I can choose. I will choose mandiri. Because mandiri have mobile internet like bca which is only cost pulse when registering the virtual account, after that we just need the internet.

    This morning I just got info from one of my members related to the disbursement of funds after the change of zidisha payment system (payment from VA BCA to VA BNI) .. Earlier this loan was 100% funded and when did the loan agreement and confirmation, which usually only can disbursement via BCA only but now there are several options for disbursement of funds that have been in support zidisha as I attached in the screenshot .. I think it is easier for disbursement of member funds and facilitate new members who want to join because it does not have to have BCA / BNI for disbursement of funds .. I am still waiting for info related to this disbursement from Julia Kurnia"s mother, because if this is true then we are all members in Indonesia would feel happy ..
