I think that happened because your on-time score is lower than 50%.
From my own observation from this forum, the borrower who have on-time score below 50% have to be more patient as the the algorithm think the borrower are high risk (this is my own opinion). You really need to improve your on-time score, if you have opportunity to reapply and meet expedite service; take it to expedite your loan, that the fastest way in my opinion for you to be fully funded and able to improve your on-time score and please note that will cost you more as there will be credit risk, service fee and expedite service that you have to pay in the loan.

Hello fitri, this has virtually nothing to do with on-time payment record nor whether you are a new member or not. My repayment record is 100% and I am also not a new member but my loan has not been approved since 9/10/18As I write today, I am told to create new loan proposal but I know it will been approved base on the previous experience.

you have paid your loans in full but the On Time Repayments field still shows 'New Member' for you. The reason is that for the 3 loans that you took and paid off fully, you paid them off before they were due.
This pattern is often seen when borrowers take loans and repay them within week only to build higher credit limit. However, it does not establish a solid, reliable repayment pattern that indicates that you actually used the money for your business and generated enough steady profits to pay back the loan.
Your current loan has 4 week term. If you make payments on the day they are due or within a week (it might be less than week, not sure) when they are due, it will help build a good On Time Repayments score.
Fitri,I have been paying mine on time and I have about 90% on time score. I tried applying for my next loan for the past weeks but to no avail. I don't know what is happening

My opinion came from looking at this forum thread and one of borrower who reach me out and that having more than 5 times get the same notification as Catherine.
I only know that there are 2 notification on borrower dasboard

The solution I can only suggest is when able to apply and have expedite option; take it and pay the loan dutifully as the due date to improve the ontime score.

Created to many loan proposal at a time, if this message appear on your dasboard, you need to wait probably a week time since that notification appear to apply another loan.but keep in mind that you only have 2 attempt in applying loan, the third attempt will make that notification reappear again.

I think Zidisha system is somehow takes all people to be the same. I believe to have the very excellent records all the way from 2012 with early repayment of 100% but currently my new loan application has been declined twice.If you look at my profile you will be left with more questions than answers. I believe there must be something that is not clear to all of us as at now.
Going forward, I think it will work best if more clarification is done by Zidisha staff to avoid further speculation.

Am also experiencing the same problem. Though am a new member, I have 100% repayment records on time. Please help me out with the system which is making it difficult for me to access the zidisha loan. Thank you.
My case is a bit different, I think if you invite a friend, you should check on him. If your invited friend defaults, you are likely to get a problem in funding your loan on time.

That's why I advice Catherine to accept expedite service if by any chance she get a chance to apply and have the expedite service available to fix her on-time score.
