I have made payments twice through the zidisha MTN account but has still not reflected on my dash board why?

Hey, it may take up to 5 business working days. If you do not see it reflecting on your account after that, raise a ticket by entering your payment details, reference number, transaction id to the ZIDISHA team and they will help out.

I have sent mail in respect of my payment on7th DEC 2018 today now I have just made payment over 3hours now not still reflecting pls can someone help me out
