I read from your discussion page that you have sent the payment from different number, have you report it with a support ticket from your help page? If you haven't, please make it soon. If you have, try to reply it or make a new support ticket to ask about the progress.
Your phone number is your ID for Zidisha to recognize your payment. If you sent from different number, Zidisha will have to input it manually by matching the payment.
Your discussion page is the place to update your loan progress/business information to your lenders/ future lenders also to some of others borrowers/your VM. While support ticket from your help page is the place to report about your payment trouble, updating your phone number/information.
