I have observe that the MLF refund is not in the help page.pls how can someone apply for MLF refund?, or can't apply for it when you want to?

The ticket usually appear on the help page after the borrower fully repay the loan if they are eligible for a refund. I see that you are eligable for a refund from looking at your profile. If you can't find the MLF refund to your help page, just pick one of the drop-down option that will generate a comment box to fill after you choose "No, I'd like to ask for help", and write on there your request. Please also provide your readable ID picture for Zidisha staff verification.
Note that asking a refund will decrease your limit for the next loan. The new limit will be your current limit minus the refund. As far as I know, you can't ask partial refund. So if a refund is a requested, Zidisha will send all MLF that you've made. It will be shorten the time if you also write on there that you are agree that requesting MLF will decrease your next loan limit.

But, as stated on the FAQ, you can request it when you have no outstanding loan or not in the middle applying loan.
