Please my invitee Sophia dartey reported an error to me about her account. She paid for the membership premium as she join zidisha and she wasn't able to repay her loan on time. Where she started again and she was asked to pay another premium which she did pay for it. Later she got a message from you claiming that she has been remove and that her premium and amount of 400ghc will be refunded to her of which she said she didn't receive and today I tried to revive the same account and I was ask to pay for the premium again of which I paid. As I apply for the loan for her, I was deline plss if this is a technical error of which I believe it is. Please refund all those money to her back and if you don't want to give her Lona give all she deserves and close her account. Thank you.
