Three weeks ago I lost my phone on which my Zidisha app and account was configured. Later on getting a new phone I tried logging on to the account but wasn't going through so I opened an account on this new device and filled my details but now at the point of accepting my loan amount into my bank account. The system is insisting that my bvn has already been taken so the money is yet to be disbursed to my account. What do I need to do to get the loan amount to be paid in to my account since the system keeps saying bvn has already been taken?
