Dear zidisha management, per my investigations, most of the Borrowers complain that they dont get text message on thier phones for payment notifications. According to them they normally forget to pay due to daily task activities. They suggested that management team should send them notifications via SMS as used to be previously instead of Email. Most of them dont open thier email always.
I therefore suggest that the notifications should be via SMS instead of Email in order to improve payments.

zidisha applies email notifications, probably because it"s easier, because the application system automatically sends a direct notification via email. if sending a notification via sms, it will add work, because the notification via sms in the charging charge, www.google.com.hk/url?sa=t&... .com / in / microfinance / borrow.html & ved = 0ahUKEwiAs5Lq9K3YAhVKrI8KHevMDXoQFgg2MAM & usg = AOvVaw3FtGbCAa2EEqbJAzw5MXIm
