It occurs to me that many of the questions borrowers ask on the forums are conditional on understanding the mechanics of the site from their perspective...but many of the lenders on the site who might otherwise be able to offer advice on basic errors such as a page reloading rather than advancing and wiping out all the entered data, or an image file not uploading properly, or a 404 error when trying to view current balance...is hampered because frankly, I/we have no idea what the screen they're facing is using. Is it PHP or Javax? Is the subdomain down for everyone or just for them? Does it say "less" when it means "fewer" which is confusing them? How do I give the url to a specific dashboard tool if I can't access it myself?
All of which is a long-winded way of saying it might be worth considering a "Testing Account" which cannot actually be mistaken for a borrower, nor deduct/add funds, nor mess up the metrics...but would allow mentors, lenders and others an enhanced ability to offer immediate advice to people encountering a roadblock on their path.
