Dear Julia, this is now confusing please i don't really know exactly what you are looking for.Find out from MTN ZAMBIA, what information is displayed when you Dial *101# to put this issue to rest to avoid most loan application being deactivated.

Hi Clever I pray the Director will clear this once and for all. Though the message is confusing but I think the Director is trying to ask you to change your account on the dashboard and request a statement that bears the same account number on your dashboard. My submission may be wrong though but I think that's what its asking for. A lot of people loans have been affected either their loans been pause or may not be funded. It's worrying

Thank you so much Eric, the challenge which is there now is that the details i used and the phone no. are different but the payment mobile number is the same, here in Zambia i use my mobile money account.Kindly i would like you to brain storm with me on the information displayed on the dashboard, were it is saying CHANGE, i have managed to change and uploaded my second optional number that matches both my payment account and name but still the loan is paused, at this point am confused.Madam Julia still insists on the same number registered at first and this is the number which does not match the name but the payment account is the same.Hence i don't what to do next?Changes have been done from my other alternate number but still asking the first one i did register, Kindly what is your advise?

Hi Vivian, loans are disbursed to the main MTN number you register with Zidisha, not the optional alternate number. This main number must be one registered in your name, as we do not disburse to other people in order to protect your security. The document you upload must match your main MTN number (not the alternate one) and must show that the number is registered in your name. I hope this is helpful!
Hi Director i would like to ask, what happens if the applicants sim card was registered for him /her by a relative or close friend without bearing the applicants name! I have some trustworthy friends i have already explained how zidisha works and the advantages but some of them are not using sim cards registered in their name.

Am also in the same predicament Eric, i pray that the Director madam Julia and staff management at Zidisha will able to review or table this once again.In an event the main MTN Sim Card registered with zidisha has some challenges, At this stage zidisha, i suggest Zidisha should be able to correct when the request of change from the main payment account to the new payment account is presented to Administration.
The information displayed on the dashboard is clearly stating that" UPLOAD NEW FILE"this simply means when corrections on the payment account has be done then you can upload new file.
Therefore those paused loan application that have corrected or provided new information on payment account should be considered, because the information is now clear to every one here in Zambia, Ghana,Kenya and Nigeria.This information will also be given to honest and trustworthy friends to new members when applying for their loans.
I hope admin will reconsider my suggestions and help paused loans including mine to be processed.Thank you

I really understand your difficulty.i think what Julia want to see is an account number and name
which matches the Id card used for registration. Mtn Ghana has two types of statement.
1.the mini statement-this shows five transactions in a role .this does not include name and account number.
2.The statement request-this is what you should get.You can request your statement
by entering your email address and period of time.This state shows all transactions for your selected period of time.if you have difficulty.call their help line and i know they can assist you.Thank you.

my statement was not given but the document i uploaded is my account information same name i use to register zidisha and is for me Baba judith i use my health insurance to register. Thank you
