I am Ms Zonou, née Sanogo Rokia, I was born in Dioulasso in 1967. A commercial employee by profession, I started school at a young age. I had a seamless journey until 5th grade. I am currently married and am the mother of eight (8) children of which four are girls and three are boys. My kids are all in school at the moment except for the oldest who is a civil servant of the Burkinabé government. I fight every day to satisfy the needs of myself as well as my family. I am equally a member of the "Batonon ti ban" association, which means "A mother's interest never ends" in our language.
My business is selling plastic: mats, kettles and buckets...
I travel personally about 85 km to Bobo Dioulasso in order to buy supplies, I then return to Banfora to sell my goods. I have an approximately four meter shed in Banfora's central market, place by choice where I display my merchandise. My customers are mainly Nigeriens who regularly purchase large quantities. I enjoy this activity because it allows me to grow and therefore I would appreciate some support with the goal of strengthening my capacities.
