About Me

I grew up in the upcountry of kenya.went through primary and high school then after high school started my farming business.High self esteem and hard work has always been my key way of dealing with hardships and achieving my goals in life.after high school i decided to busy a chicken with the little cash i had saved which hatched eggs and i now had 7 chicks 5 survived and grew up to 2 cocks and 3 chicken.and that's how i basically started my business.the place i come from curves sculptures out of quarries with a unique stone called soap stone.I love music ,traveling and helping people.

My Business

In kenya there is a chicken eating culture.people also regularly take eggs as part of their meals.this lead to me starting poutry farming.i sell eggs and chickens too.as per now i have 103 chickens and yet I started with one chicken.i chose this kind of business because I love chicken and i Know it is profitable.my main costs are on food for the chickens which would cost around KES 1600 ($ 18) per week.and aproximately each day i earn KES 800 ($9) from sale of eggs only. I only sell a few chickens at the end of the year.I use the profits to carter for my bills and also save to further my education so i can help my community.

Loan Proposal

Currently I work from home. All my supplies are done from home which is very unprofessional making me lose some jobs due to no business location. If my loan is funded I will use it together with my savings to rent a small place where I can be supplying my eggs from. This will increase my profits by at least 30% which is a really good margin. This will also enhance and improve my business relations with my customers. Hope my loan will be funded. Thank you in advance.
