Am Mr Samuel Njoroge from limuru central province of Kenya I was born and raised in limuru did my schooling in limuru and am now in technical training institute taking a course in interior decor.
o have three siblings and my mother I dint get to see my father, life with a single parents had been full of hardship but thanks to God my mother is a hardworking woman who have successful raised four children and see us through our education.
Am working as a helper to a painting company as I do my education.
my siblings are in primary school and would like to help my mum in paying part their school fees so to make them achieve their dreams.
I like traveling and my hobbies are dancing and reading novels.
I do painting services and interior decorations for Vic mark interior decors am also in my second year studying interior design at lit college.
I make a 1,000 Kenya shillings in a day and my payment is daily after job.
what I do is formulate a plan on how we are going to conduct a certain job design the interior colors for instance if its a house we are painting chose the furniture's design then we seat down with the team and decide on varies choices then we make a quotation and forward to the manager.
After we go and do the job and in the evening we get paid.
I try and balance my education in the morning hours and do the from 10 to 6pm.
At least monthly I save 8,000 KES after deduction of my basic needs and siblings school fees.
As stated previously my job is interior design i love this job and studies is consuming most of my time depriving me full access to working projects, This makes me to forward a job to my boss which i have not done it to perfection.
I have been thinking of this and thought a laptop will end all this working in a rush. Last month i started saving a little amount towards buying a laptop machine.
This machine will allow me work at home during the night hours, This will also help in designing jobs which is prepared in the computer.
I use coral draw and adobe software which requires silence and time to concentrate and prepare my work. A Laptop will enable all this as i focus on studies.
A core 2 duo laptop which i sourced and incurred on the price is 210 US dollars so if i receive 212 US dollars from Zidisha, i will be able to buy this laptop and with the saving of 55 US dollars which i have at hand, i will pay my fee and buy time to save more for the fee as i continue with my job and repaying my zidisha loan.
regards ,
Mr Njoroge
