About Me

I am Godfred Darko, about 29 years of age, a graphic designer and a good entrepreneur with the aim of establishing more of my shops throughout the Region. I am the second born from a family of five. I have completed Senior High School and have undergone a graphic designing training course. After this course I establish my own computer graphic designer shop.
I am married and have two children. My wife has also completed Senior High School and because of your help she have now started a business, she says she has a vision of becoming big business woman in future.
Infact, life during my secondary education was full of difficulties, this was due to problems in my parents marriage and I have to labour hard to get money to support the little that was given to me. My father is on pension now so he is not able to support the family adequately. Because of this there is always pressure on me to assist the family in their daily needs. Looking at the financial difficulties in our family, I am dreaming of establish more of my businesses to train some of my younger siblings to be in-charge of the affiliates. My vision is to take a professional course in computer graphic design and to establish my own training school to train others. I am somebody who like helping others, especially, the poor and needy, I always like sharing with others the little that I have.

My Business

I am a graphic designer, some of the items I design are: Customize T-Shirt, banners, sign boards, funeral and wedding invitation cards etc. In addition I do typing and photocopy at my shop. My shop is at Seikwa in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana.
I am planing of establishing a bigger shop at Sunyani the Brong Ahafo Regional Capital to enable me to train the younger ones who will like to take a career in information technology and computerize graphic designs.
Those who patronize my services are schools, churches, Youth groups and Association. Individuals also patronize my services. I will be very happy raising this loan amount as this will help me expand my business to other parts of the Region, train and employ others to assist me. I wish to inform you that my first loan help me to employ a helper at my shop and at the same time teaching him. Again it help me to get money to cater for my wife and my lovely child and also was able to pay this loan in full and I also supported my parents and siblings. I will try to execute and obey all the rules and regulations of the Zidisha Community.

Loan Proposal

I wish to apply for a loan to support my graphic design shop . some of the items I design are T. shirts, banners sign boards etc , I also do photocopy and printing at my shop. My shop is call God's way printing press at seikwa.

Currently I need another photocopy machine , so this money will help me to be able to buy it . I will buy T. shirts 50 dollars, accessories for my photocopy 50 dollars, and the rest will be use to buy items for my graphic designer business.

I will reinvest all the money into my business and the profit will be use to pay back this loan and some to support my family.
