About Me

I was born and raised up by a single mother. I couldn't afford proper education but by sheer struggles and determination I vowed never to accept to be bound by chains of poverty. I left the village to a nearby town to try to make a life. I met a friend who introduced me to her line of business( cloth selling). after a few years of working under her I decided to launch my own business using the little money I had saved from my salary. I set up a small cloth shop which I run up to now as a sole proprietor.

My Business

I sell 2nd hand clothes. my goods are very important since I live in a community which is impoverished and can not afford first hand clothes. I am therefore able to a attend to their clothing needs which is a basic human need. I chose this type of business because I had learned a few trade skills in this line from my friend whom I initially worked for. I basically use 30 thousand Kenya shillings to purchase a bale of clothes from an importer after every month. in return I get a profit of 20 thousands after sale of each bale.I use profits raised to restock my business and cater for my family needs.

Loan Proposal

Dear lenders, if and when I successfully raise this loan, I will inject all the moneys realised into renting a bigger space for my upgraded boutique. I will also partition the room and do shelving and also I intend to purchase more clothe display stands . This will cost me approximately 30 US dollars to rent the room, around 100 US dollars to purchase the display stands and 50 US dollars to partition the room and do shelving. This will be o great benefit to me and my customers as I will be able to expand my business when at the same time expanding variety for my customers as I will be able to ensure theirsatisfaction. With this I project my net profits to scale up by 30 US dollars per day. Thank you lenders as I anticipate help from you to realise my dreams.
