About Me

I was in born in kitui County, in a family of six children and am the first born in my family. I went to kaliku primary school which was 8 kilometers away from my home. Kitui is a semi desert area with high temperature with scarce resources and being marginalized in terms of development. We had to walk for a long distance to get to school. I passed my exams well and joined high school at mutito boys. I completed my high school education through sponsorship from wellwishers. I passed my exam and proceeded to tertiary education at foundation Institute of Africa still through sponsorships. I pursued a diploma in the field of human resources management. Due to scarcity of job opportunities in my country, I didn't get a job at the moment and I applied for a loan through local chamas (youth group) to start my own business. People in my area are social, cooperative, religious and hardworking. I would like my children to be business minded people, respectful, industrious and God fearing, ready to give back to the society.

My Business

I deal with mpesa, airtel and electricity tokens services. I chose this business due to its demand for from the current economic growth and development margins the. The business is very important to me and my customers as it enhance security in terms of money safety and security. I spent $50 on weekly basis to get float and tokens for my customers. The returns are encouraging as I can make a profit of over 30%weekly. I spent my profit to pay rent, bills, growing my business and paying school fees for my brother and my niece who is an orphan currently in form one.
