About Me

My names are Charity Njoki Wainaina.i come Mawanga center,Bahati,Kenya.I am a permanent Kenyan citizen by birth and my ID number is 27811552.In my normal day to day life activities, i do tailoring and i own a small clothing shop here in Mawanga,near All Nations Church,along the Tumsifu road.I am a mother of three children(two boys &one girl)and they all attendsd school at the Workers primary school in class 7,5,3 respectively.In my free time i do walking,making new friends,mountain climbing,e.t.c.I am a church women's guild chairlady,careful listener,wise,humble to my seniors and juniors and obedient to all people of all ages.I do tailoring in making new fashionable African clothes for kids and ladies within my estate.Thank you

My Business

As i have described above,i do tailoring as my business for an income.I own a small tailoring shop here in Mawanga Shopping Center,near All Nations Church along the K.I.T.I-Tumsifu road.I mostly deals with ladies and kids designs.My business is licensed under the County by-laws act and issued with a trade permit(annual renewable license). I shop my materials in Nairobi and the waxed materials in Tanzania.Since i have materials,i do prepare the ladies wear and displays outside my shop for my customers to view and buy.After they are satisfied with the new fashion,they either buy instantly or order fro the same with an advance payments in order for me to prepare a new one for the customer.With this trend of the new fashion display,it has made my customers to come in large numbers plus referring more new customers,since i do a good work and i don't let them down once they pay their money for a smart & fashioned clothing.
In a busy week i can make 5 to 7 new fashions clothes for the ladies and about 10 dresses for the girls.With this i normally get a total sales of ksh.25,000 -30,000 after i made the dresses.After i subtracts the total cost of the expenses,i am left with an average of ksh.4,500.This has made me buy their confident and as a result,more customers are always flocking for the same services in my shop.This has hampered me to offer the good and efficient services to my customers due to lack of waxed materials.The waxed materials are so expensive in that i lack enough capital to stock for my loyal customers.
With the help of zidisha,i will be able to have several rolls of waxed materials ordered from my supplier and i will be able to have enough time while attending my customers and with the shortest time possible.Also I am going to add one more laborer with a fabric& design course to ease the ever growing demand from my customers.I am looking forward for a positive response from the zidisha team in boosting my tailoring business.Thank you in advance and be blessed.

Loan Proposal

I am thanking you LENDERS in advance for the kind an generous support in my initial loan funding.Now I am requesting for another loan to improve my tailoring shop.Through the loan I will be able to buy 4 more fabric rolls of pure waxed cotton materials for my loyal customers.
The waxed fabric materials current price goes at Kshs.2500 each,thus making me to buy 4 rolls at Kshs.10,000.
The materials will make my work to be nice and good just like i normally designs for themas most of the customers had been enjoying my new fashions and cheaper prices for the ready-made clothes in African designing.It is my earnest prayer that the lenders will consider my loan proposal and bid my second loan.Thank you in advance and please welcome for loan funding.Thank you in advance all my lenders.
