About Me

My name is Emily Tatu a resident of malindi at PLACE CALLED NDUGU MNANI in malindi town.am single with one child by the name Lydia Rehema who is now in baby class.I studied up to class 8 at jilore primary in the year 2002,and then went to maraffa secondary in 2007.I stared this business in order to help myself and more so educate my child, who now requires to continue with his education.I will use the profits to add more stock to my business and hence generate more profits.

My Business

am a charcoal seller here in malindi,i sell about 5 bags in a day in average each kshs 400.in a good month i make kshs 60,000,i buy stock and use kshs 40,000 and i remain kshs 20,000.Demand for charcoal within malindi is so high because of the current heavy rains that is going on now and hence people are unable to get firewood.Competition is minimal since am the only one practicing this business.Demand is high due to population which is high.I sell little charcoal when it it sunny.

Loan Proposal

Am a charcoal seller here in malindi,I sell about 5 bags in a day in average each kshs 400.I will therefore buy 20 bags of charcoal which i will sell them to our home town here in malindi.I will also use some of the cash to renovate my charcoal store. This will act as a shade for storage.I plan to buy more stock for my shop to supply to neighbouring local restaurants. This shall generate more income for my shop.
