    Dear Lenders,

my name is Roberta Zenere and I am a Kenya Country Liaison Intern at Zidisha. Within this role, I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.

Today, while reviewing our accounts, I noticed that a loan repayment of 3,980 KES (approximately 48 USD) sent by Ms Ogada on August, 12 was not registered in herrepayment schedule which has now been updated accordingly. This means that Ms Ogada has never missed to repay her monthly installments and, as you can see, she is very committed repaying her loan on time.

Ms Ogada, we are sorry for this inconvenience and we wish you all the best with your business!

    Best regards,

    Roberta
    Zidisha Team
