About Me

Well, my names are Anderson Ndegwa, a Kenyan aged 33 years. I and my two other sisters were orphaned by our mother who was single when i was only 7 years and were left under the care of our aged grandparents who depended largely on subsistence farming and hardouts from well wishers to sustain us back in 1992. I used to pity my grannys soo much and as a result, I grew being a hard-working boy with an aim of purely uplifting their living standards and for the same matter becoming a useful member of my society who could not only affect the lives of my relatives but adding value as well to the less fortunate in the society. I was educated with a lot of hardships, being in and out of school regularly because of failure to pay school fees. Most of the times relatives would do it and at times well wishers. I completed my O-level with an aggregate grade of C-plain. After completion of my O-level, having in mind of the hardships I was educated with, I was beyond no reasonable doubt sure that continuing with further studies was like trying to pluck a star from the sky. "Soo what...???", so many rhetoric questions ringed my mind, what was to be my next step?, being green as I was, but this time round knowing very well that at the age of 17 years, I had to stand my own ground, I had to stand firm like a man n make worthy decisions that would affect my future life, my sister's life n as well my society. I was naturally born with less fear and a lot of courage and a character that have seen me through in very many situations. I therefore decided to use my tool and walk house to house in search of casual labour. I was lucky enough because my neighbours knew we'll about my life status and as well how active I was. After some few months, they started booking me to an extent that I could not even have a day to rest. It was on this routine casual labouring that I met one lady who decided to employ me on monthly basis like a shamba boy n after a short while i cant tell upto date whoever gave her a short history of mine whereby she came one morning, asked me whether I was educated n after acknowledging the same, she cleared for me the fees balance so that my certificate could be released . She afterwards made me a supervisor of her small businesses and this was now the place I managed to save a little cash every month until I managed to save 33000, the cash I usedto start my own mini beauty shop. I decided not to end my job and therefore I decided to marry a lady I had loved soo much and manage it while I continue fuelling some little cash in it and the thing that became very successful up todate. It was when I came to realise that women are the most un-used resources that we have in the world. You just show a little gratitude to a single thing she does right n see howvividly she will score high. We'r now blessed with three beautiful kids that I always work hard not only to keep them well by be their role model as well. Our society is a working society, Very few will just sit n stay idle. Actually, it is similar to the jungle life, "survival for the fittest, n only the fittest to survive. Employment is an uphill task in Kenya and therefore every other person is trying his/ her luck in business n hence the competition that therefore needs one to be very strategic, unique n smart in your own way to make your business outsmart the others n survive in the entrepreneurship jungle. My children, one is in class six have a passion in medicine and another one in class one behaves similarly like his dad. Like father like son. He looks very innovative, aggressive, active in every outdoor activity. For example, this boy can not by pass any kind of metallic object, be it a nail, piece of metal or anything and has his own tool box in the house. My hobby is, reading inspirational books and driving. I have an insatiable desire with "cars" and most probably a pick-up that can help me in my business and cat as a side hustle as well.

My Business

I domaize farming that we harvests once per year but I'm limited by the fact that, I do rent the farm, shortage of capital to farm big as well by the land gives me about 50k per year, I as well rear some few pigs that I most probably sells after every six months, plus the beauty shop that helps me cater for the day to day demands band boost my farming and pig rearing.
