Am married to Peter Kanyari and we are blessed with three children all school undergoing.The little one at nursery and the rest at primary level one class 5 and the other in class8.I run a boutique shop at Kirengero trading centre and when the outside market is favorable i visit the market days on sundays.The job helps me to assist my husband with home chores who is a driver in matatu industry
My Business
In my boutique shop i mostly specialize in second hand clothes where by one bale goes for 8000 to 8500(pullovers)11000-11500(children wears)I shop them at Nakuru town.The fare from where my shop is 300 to and fro inclussive of the bales transportation.Whe the business is booming especially on this occassion whereby the locals have some cash in their pockets as it is in the harvesting season a bale of pullover can fetch 20000 to 22000 when i subtract the buying price of 8500 and the labor i can get a profit of 6000 in two weeks time as i make my stock on two weeks intervals.For the children wears i can make a profit 4000 after total deductions.After i had of you and the interest frindly you offers i can in future plan to be buying my stock from Nairobi where their bales are at low prices compared to Nakuru.Am targeting to be selling at wholesale at the locals who runs the same kind of business.
Loan Proposal
As i had mentioned earlier the loan will help me in business expansion targeting the locals and the sellers of the same commodity.Where they goes to far to buy on wholesale .I'll see in the near future i will be selling to them with a small margin at wholesale thus making a good and speedy profit.For now the 24000 am planing to buy fashioned clothes for little ones as we are entering a season of festivities i.e. Christmas/school holidays whereby many children will be at home for school holidays/break.With the amount i will buy two bales with intention of bringing my business to new heights.I sincerely thank the zidisha team for them approving me.Thanks alot
