Hello Zidisha family,
My name is George Gaille.
I was born in Kakamega District, Western part of Kenya.
I was born and brought up in this village , and one strange thing i overcame is that i went to school and completed my O-level studies successfully.
I find it strange because in my area most people do not finish O-level studies and the ladies get married at a tender age while the boys just marry at an early age too.
I first came to Nairobi the year 2005 and i really found a great challenge in this region.
For instance, getting fare to come to the CBD area.
This challenges greatly contributed to my venture in Hotel and restaurant business since there was a niche in the market.
I set up Gaille food munchies.

My Business

Gaille food munchies and Bakery is a start-up coffee and bakery retail establishment located in Kibera Estate and expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety of coffee and pastry products. The company plans to build a strong market position in the town, due to the partners' industry experience and mild competitive climate in the area.
It is equally owned and managed by its two partners.
I have extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management, and was David Fields brings experience in the area of finance and administration, including a stint as
The company intends to hire two full-time pastry bakers and six part-time baristas to handle customer service and day to day operation. The bakery provides freshly prepared bakery and pastry products at all times during business operations. Six to eight moderate batches of bakery and pastry products are prepared during the day to assure fresh baked goods are always available.
I would therefore request to borrow 1970/= Which i will use to boost my marketing strategy by making fliers and brochures.

Loan Proposal

Expansion and improvement of Business in my restaurant by increasing the amount of baking flour per day.

I need a loan of USD 80 from Zidisha to help me improve my business.

I will improve the same business and expand it. This will entail baking three times more than what we have been doing before hence increasing sales and talking to more customers which will increase profit and also to increase the amount of income level in my business activity. This will also allow us to employ additional staff to help us in the work so as to maximize on profit.
I will be very happy if Zidisha continues to support our business in the way i have specified above so as to improve the business activity. I am trusting that with my past relationship with Zidisha , the loan will be granted for the specified activities

I have been doing my best to keep the business abreast so that I can be able to expand. With Zidisha support I am also able to continue supporting the workers whom I have employed so that the work is carried out in the best way. Zidisha is helping my business to remain a float and also helping the people who work here to work with their mind when it is settled. They are able to be renovative and creative hence attracting more customers. With more products we are able to attract new customers and retain our old customers.

With the Zidisha loan we will purchase more baking material like the flour and baking ingredients which will enable us to bake more.

We have been buying only two bails of baking flour per day which costs USD.50 but now we will increase to four bails of baking flour at USD.100
