I was brought up in humble background by my parents in Kiserian Kajiado county. I did my primary and secondary school levels in Kiserian. Later I joined college and did the course on Food Production. I have been employed for the last 12 years and I later decided to quit and start my own hotel.
The uniqueness of our land and culture being a Maasai is that we have a rich culture that attracts tourists all over the world to see Maasai people and how they have preserved their culture.
I am a single mother of two children, a boy and a girl. My daughter would like to be doctor and my son a pilot.
My hobby is swimming and playing tennis
I provide fast foods and soft drinks. With the busy lifestyle, people prefer fast foods because they can take away and eat at their appropriate time.
I chose this business because of my career in Food production.
My typicals costs initially I started with a capital of Ksh100,000 because I had to buy jiko, friers, seats and tables, rent and renovations. Currently I use Ksh30,000 per month.
I use the profits I derive from my business to educate my children, pay house rent, and buy food
I intend to venture back in sales and supplies of vegetables and fruits. This are fast movable consumer goods and their supplies are on high demand and i already have reliable customers of whom i'm certain that i will be able to generate cash from the proceeds. The reason for this kind of venture is resultant of the order of supplying lemon worth four hundred shillings per day to a certain customer i have and with additional capital,i will be able to expand. I also intend to expand the business by getting reliable suppliers who will ensure steady delivery of the goods at my kiosk on time for convenience purposes.
This supplies are on high demand and i already have reliable customers of whom i'm certain that i will be able to generate cash.I will also cut costs on transport by getting a steady and reliable supplier whom i have a good relation with. She will deliver the goods at the door step of my kiosk on time which will limit wastage of time and this enables my customers to get their goods on time I also intend to further do deliveries door to door to some of customers in my neighborhood of whom i have higher expectations of raising at leased one thousand Kenya shillings per day as gross sales .With all this factors put in place,i'm in a position to service this loan in the coming weeks.
