About Me

My name is Ouattara Lah and I was born January 1, 1966 in Bobo-Dioulasso which is Bukina-Faso’s second city. I am from a polygamous family of which I am the second son. I am married with four children – three girls and one boy. The oldest is in 9th grade, the second is in 6th grade, the third is in 4th grade and finally the youngest is in 3rd grade. I went to school myself, but not for very long. I am a taylor cutting mixed garments (i.e. for men and women).

My Business

I am a tailor who fashions clothing for men and women. I can sew two suits per day, making a profit of 1000 francs per suit. My clients purchase cloth and bring it to me while I busy myself with the sewing. I fashion garments for men and women – pants for men and dresses for women. Each day I can earn 15,000 francs while spending 10,000 francs. This business doesn’t work like I want because of a lack of capital to invest. Therefore I would really like to count on your support to grow my business.
