I am an online freelancer and I have a cosmetic store attached to Bestlady stalls in kenya.i started my business in 2019 grown it and now I want to opens second stall.The employee turnover is low since I have only fired one who was dealing with underground questionable practices in managing the income.I am looking into the future with an aim of making it a brand of my own. With Zidisha I am hoping to land some financial assistance.

I am dedicated towards improving the stock size in my business.I am alone in my area and am confident in establishing a niche market with better stocking that will make my stall a one stop shop.Majority of the colleugues are challenging me towards improving the size in quest to enhace my competitive ability.I am not fully depending on loans but i believe they can boost my positioning and operations.

I am an economics by professional ans through learning i have identified with huge aversive risk procedures.Ultimately i will develop the urge to guard and relate with my core values.Progress is irreversible and i am not afraid to adjust when isssues arise or when my current strategy fails.Technically , growth is imminent and the loan will boost my wellbeing.
