About Me

I AM 48YEARS BORN IN GITURU,IN MURANGA COUNTY.I WENT TO SCHOOL AT NGURWEINI PRY SCH THEN BARTOLIMO BOYS IN BARINGO WHERE I DID MY O LEVEL.GOT MY FIRST JOB IN 1987 AS A SALESMAN IN NAIROBI.I AM MARRIED WITH A WIFE AND FOUR CHILDREN ,ONE BOY AND THREE GIRLS. ALL HAVE MANAGED TO REACH FORM FOUR AND TWO OF THEM WORKING IN NAIROBI.
I STARTED THE BUSINESS AFTER GAINING A SALES EXPERIENCE OF OVER 20 YEARS.I HAVE BEEN IMPORTING GENERATOR SPARES AND LATELY VENTURED INTO ELECTRICITY POLES.
I NEED THE FIRST LOAN TO FACILITATE ON FORESTRY MACHINERY AND ACCESSORIES EG.POWER SAW MACHINES,MOTORBIKES FOR SMOOTH OPERATIONS,POLES MEASURING CALIPERS,SAFETY BOOTS AND CLOTHING AND OTHER RELEVANT TOOLS.I AM CURRENTLY EMPLOYED AS A SENIOR POLES GRADER WITH A REPUTABLE FIRM IN NAIROBI.I AM ALSO A TEA FARMER IN CENTRAL PROVINCE AND THEREFORE GUARANTEE REPAYMENT IF OFFERED THE LOAN.

My Business

BEING VERY NEW IN THIS POLES BUSINESS,I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PREDICT THE TURNOVER,BUT SINCE THE DEMAND OF POWER IS ENORMOUS IN THE COUNTRY AND THE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE I DONT SEE ANY DANGER IN ENGANGING MYSELF INTO IT.THE ONLY RISK TO THIS BUSINESS IS RAIN.DURING THE RAINY SEASONS ,IT BECOMES HARD FOR THE TRUCKS TO PENETRATE TO THE FARMS.
AS DESCRIBED ABOVE,OVER AND ABOVE THE LOAN ,I AM EMPLOYED AND I ALSO EARN FROM TEA .IT MAKES ME REPAY THE LOAN EFFECTFULY.REFERENCE CAN BE SORT FROM MY EMPLOYER (RIDGEPOLE ENTERPRISES LIMITED,P.O BOX 19573-00100 NAIROBI .CONTACT PERSON MR.JOSEPH T. GICHERU PHONE NUMBER 0721493564)ACCORDING TO ME,THE BUSINESS IS VERY PROFITABLE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT INVOLVE MANY RISKS APART FROM RAINS.

Loan Proposal

I intend to add up one more motorbike for transportation business. This will boost my income and at least create a job for one person. He will be able to support his family.

Income Source

Despite the many risks experienced throughout the world during this corona pandemic,I feel that I can still manage to repay the loan. This is because I am employed and at the same time a tea farmer.

Hi lenders. I am very much grateful for the grant.l managed to buy a motorbike for transport business popularly known as Bodaboda in Kenya.Despite the corona pandemic, the business would have been better. My life really elevated to some steps ahead and I therefore request for another loan to add up another motorbike for the same business.

  • Peter    May 2, 2020

The reason for making this change is that we have been affected by the corona .All sources
of income are badly hit and therefore making almost everything worse. For this reason ,i wish to continue paying the 500 shillings until things change .

As we all know, the world is experiencing the corona virus perdemic.
Most of us are suffering from low business and therefore cant meet
some obligations. Its for this reason that i have decided to reduce my installments to ksh 500 untill this problem subsides.
