About Me

My name is Pasmol Mubamba, I come from Mufulira in Zambia. Mubamba is not a common name in Zambian tribes so many people would call me Mubanga. I was born in 1997 and did my primary and secondary education in Mufulira. After secondary school I did a diploma in teaching and i love teaching i have opened my own tuition centre at home called Pm Tutorial. I am born alone from a single mother. Life was hard to even finish school I developed interest in teaching a long time ago and I was teaching young kids at home that is how I was paying for my education.

My Business

The source of income I have is my tuition center for a number of primary and secondary grades, I like teaching maths and sciences. For instance I have grade 9 pupils who pay K300 per month and they are a good number. My goal is open my own school one day and manage it fulltime bacause at the moment I operate from home. I started this business when I couldnt find a job and also when the covid19 pandemic started and schools were closed most parents resolved to be taking children for private lessons so I saw this opportunity.

Loan Proposal

I would like to thank the lenders from Zidisha for the loan i finished paying today. I am a teacher by profession and due to lack of employment and the covid 19 pandemic I decided to start running my own tuition centre at home where I stay and I have a number of pupils and number has been increasing. With this loan of K333 from Zidisha i will have made 2 book shelves so that I arrange my documents properly and offer a better service to my pupils.These book shelves will act as a small library where i can put reading books.

Income Source

The money that I raise from the tuitions i save something per week because I am aware in business there are ups and downs. However, I am so determined in my business and plan very well so I can repay the loan no matter what economic risks we face.
