I joined Our Lady of Mercy primary school in Bahati Division for standard one to class eight. I did my KCPE in the year nineteen ninety eight. I did not proceed to Secondary level due to lack of finance. Now if you want to reach me,I come from Engashura Kabatini, from Nakuru/nyahururu you stop at Maili Sita and drive to Kabatini route a right at kabatini centre walk for about 600mtrs ask Miriam Wairimu’s home who is my famous Grandmother.

My Business

I am milk dealer. I started a daily in the year of two thousand and ten; I liked the job very much since when I was in high school. I used to help my sister in her daily shop .Thereafter is where I was employed employed by a family friend , where I worked for seven months .There after I had saved thirty five thousand where I raised another fifty thousand from my family ,so I was able to start my business. Though it was challenging to get customers because of other dealers who had ventured earlier, I persevere with the situation .Then I managed to get customers gradually because I made sure I gave them discount to attract them. My daily shop became firm and stable eventually. The first few months I was able to pay the money I had borrowed, so the year ended. In the first months of the year I made sure that my daily was full of the products needed. This came about by my negotiating for better prices from the whole sellers. I did all this using the amount I had gained in the previous year. I get income of about kshs 10,000 so the total annually is kshs 400,000. From the earning am able to pay my bills, buy food, clothes and I also help my family back at home.

Loan Proposal

First is to thank Zidisha team for lending me with the last three loans. In my forth loan, I would like to buy aluminium Jelicans for transporting milk due to new dairy board in Kenya that states milk should not be transported in plastic jelicans. I would kindly request Zidisha team to support me.
I will use other finance to buying farm inputs such as fertilizers
